SOLD: Vintage Colombian emerald and diamond cluster ring
$1,541.00
Out of stock
This sweet emerald and diamond vintage cluster ring features a bright rectangular cut Colombian emerald in a petalled surround of six bezel set old single cut diamonds. Eight more tiny old cut diamonds extend along the band.
The setting of 18-carat yellow gold with a white gold top is typical of early to mid 20th century rings. But the small Birmingham hallmark is an immediate indication that it was made after 1974, when changes to Britain’s Hallmarking Act led to the use of smaller punches.
Sitting low on the finger, with a gapped gallery adding lightness, it could be worn every day with care.
