Ask a question

The star of this ravishing pendant is the central unheated Ceylon sapphire weighing in at more than 11 and a half carats.

It’s such a lovely colour – bright pale blue in daylight, revealing lilac undertones in artificial light.

Though Edwardian in style, it’s probably a 1960s rendition with a later diamond bale.

And while this jewel is delightful as it is it could also lend itself to being reset into a more important piece, given the stone’s rarity and value.
