SOLD: Three-stone diamond ring, circa 1940
$3,283.00
Out of stock
Three-stone diamond rings are eternally sought-after – and make wonderful engagement rings.
They sit so well against a wedding band, they cost far less per carat than the equivalent quality in a single stone, and they cover more of the width of a finger, thus suiting most hands.
This well-made example from about 1940 is pleasingly proportioned, with the centre diamond, at 0.40 carats, twice the size of the two stones on either side.
All three brilliant cuts are white, bright and lively.
It all adds up to a delightful ring that’s ideally suited to careful everyday wear.
