What fun! This bold 18-carat yellow gold retro ring features a wide geometric bow, centred with a round brilliant cut diamond in a square setting.

The fluted top fans out at the edges, and is angled from the base.

Piercing adds visual interest to the high sides, and even the shoulders have been given lovely detailing where they meet the band.

The white and lively diamond is rhodium plated on the top and sides, and finished with a fine millegrain edge – almost an anachronism by the 1950s, but a sweet detail nevertheless.
