Here’s a statement Edwardian nine-carat rose gold gate bracelet. It’s generous in size, in excellent condition and a true night and day example.

It really does work as well with the plain side up, which offers a more contemporary look when wearing with modern pieces.

The engraved side retains some of the original yellow gilding commonly used in these classic English early 20th century bracelets. Over years of gentle wear most has worn off, the traces now a confirmation of the bracelet’s antique origins.

The inside circumference is 7 1/2 inches, so this will look best on a larger wrist. And the width is 3/4 inch, so it’s about as wide as they come.
