Ask a question

Here’s an Edwardian cluster ring set in platinum. I love this style, as any of you who watch my listings may have noticed.

When the diamonds are closely set and well-matched and in a very fine setting, as here, the effect can be dazzling.

Not everyone has the big bucks needed for big single stones. Many of you will know that smaller stones cost less per carat than the equivalent-quality large ones.

This means that choosing a cluster ring with the same total carat weight as a solitaire can save a considerable amount of money – without any sacrifice in quality.

• Handmade in platinum
• Early modern round brilliant cut diamond at the centre estimated at 0.55 carats, graded set as H-I/piqué 1
• Ten surrounding early round brilliant cut diamonds estimated to total 1.00 carat, graded as as H-I/SI
• Comes with an independent insurance valuation for $9,250
• Size approximately 7 3/4 or O 1/2, but easily resized free of charge
• Ring face approximately 12.23mm (just under 1/2 inch) diamond to diamond
• Weight is 3.1 grams
• In excellent vintage condition
• Will come in a Karen Deakin gift box (the antique boxes are not included)

I’d be very happy to send more information and images. Layaway available.
