These striking early Art Deco earrings feature bold coloured coral in a simple geometric design of square domed tops holding the teardrop pendants.

A sprinkling of tiny diamonds below the coral domes and in the 18-carat white gold joining cap adds a charming finishing touch.

In contrast to the Edwardian predilection for paler shades, matching the largely pastel palette of the times, a deep red intense shade of coral was favoured again in the Art Deco period.

• Handmade in 18-carat white gold
• Set with antique natural red Mediterranean coral and old cut diamonds
• Approximately 4.2cm (nearly 1 3/4 inches) long, 8.9mm (1/3 inch) wide
• Weight is 6.1 grams
• In excellent antique condition
• Will come in a Karen Deakin gift box (my antique boxes are not for sale)
