A diamond bow above twin hearts is the motif of this lovely late 19th century ring.

The late Victorian period was one of romance and sentiment. This ruby, natural pearl and diamond ring from about 1880, set in 18-carat gold topped with silver, epitomises the jewellery of this time.

• Handmade in 18-carat yellow gold with a silver top setting

• The ruby and natural pearl are surrounded by old-cut diamonds

• Size approximately 8 3/4 or R, but easily resized free of charge

• Ring face is 14.6mm tall

• Weight is 4.4 grams

• In excellent antique condition

• Will come in a Karen Deakin gift box (the antique box is not included)

I bought from Karen on Etsy, what an amazing shop she has to offer and even more amazing customer service with unmatched jeweler expertise. Karen's shop has been such a delightful find! It can be hard to find a good antique jewellery shop and some can be very unapproachable. Karen's shop is the opposite! Karen is very welcoming, warm and trustworthy. When you buy something from her shop, you can trust that it is an antique which is not always the case from other sellers in my experience. I have purchased two gorgeous lockets from her which I treasure. Every time I visit, (dangerously) there is always something that catches my eye! If only I could visit more often!
