Ask a question

Here’s a wide rose gold band set with an oval cabochon garnet. The rich red glow of the gemstone is set off beautifully by the pink gold.

It’s lovely worn on its own but I can see this flanked by complimentary rings – or stacked if your fingers are long enough.

Fine hand engraving adds to the appeal of this beauty from about 1900. It’s in remarkable condition, which I always value highly.

Because the band is so wide it’s probably best not sized, so if you’re a 9 3/4 this might be a Cinderella fit for you.

It bears a French import hallmark – an owl – and has been tested as 18-carat gold.
